Exploring the Glastonbury site prior to the festival

I was thinking of having a wander to the Glasto site in a couple of weeks, just to see what it's like before it all kicks off.

Anyone know if it's possible to get onto the farm land while the fence is going up? I know you can use the public footpaths most of the year, but I think they've just started erecting the super fence so not sure if they stop people entering on foot

Apparently as the super fence is now going up security is getting tighter. Best bet is probably to contact the festival office in advance and ask permission
