cash machines

are there a lot of cash machines at glastonbury and are they only open at certain times of the day?

i get paid on the friday so i'll need to withdraw some money, i prefer using the cashpoint early in the morning before it gets busy. i'll be camping at pennards - how far is it to a cash machine from there?

I find it's usually worth the trek up to the farm (where there's multiple machines) rather than face longer queues elsewhere. Open 24hrs, so you can choose a less busy period if necessary. I've been up there early hours and there has been no queue at all.

Worth noting a lot of stalls do cashback (with a minimum spend) as well.

i would be careful as there were alot of stories on here after last years festival about cards being cloned at the cash machines

i always just carry cash or get cashback as already mentioned

Theres been a cash lorry near the medical centre on pennards the last few years. Should be ok on friday its only the end of the festival you will have to queue.

i saw loads of cash machines last year and not many of them had queues

There's some near "" there usually aren't queus early in the morning.
