I reckon that TCV will play their album's worth of material, and then taylor will join them onstage with chris and that other fella, and bang out half a dozen foos songs leaving the stage after a ****ing belting rendition of Everlong (not the ****ty acoustic version - the one with ACTUAL guitars on it!) at which point Dave will scream - "Thank you very much Donington, we love you all, and will see y'all next year"

the consensus is we kicked up enough stink about 3 bands that they've paniced and gone out and booked whatever they can for friday.

Theres only rumours of a secret/partial foos set because Grohl and Hawkins are there.

Metallica were just some ridiculous early rumour.

There's no strength to any of them really, justa assumptions/people getting their hopes up.

Metallica and foo fighters supergroup to do a mini set on the acoustic stage!! that should keep any conspiracy theorist happy!!

I think speculation is such rife this year as the organisers seem to contradicting them selves and aren't really being forthcoming with actual information.

I'm left wondering if festival organisers having twitter accounts is such a good idea ya know!!

Yeh it does seem a little disorganised to me this year. But is that because of all of the controversary surrounding the AC/DC set up!? I dunno. To be honest I think I just gave up trying to keep up this year because I was so traumatised about the Stone Sour/Aerosmith thing.
