Well seeing as how I love everything Dave Grohl does and he's playing I think I'll be bouncing like Tigger like I'm on the stuff Bez must take! Taylor Hawkins and Coat Tail Riders, Sweethead - all pointing to a Foo Fighters / QoTSA secret gig somewhere! Heard a rumour that Wolfmother are out though as Stockdale's ill so that's a shame.

Did you find a family friendly fest for you and your daughter or did you give up on it?

I reckon this place will be buzzing come end of June when everyone has their "I'm going to V" heads on.

I am taking her to Boardmasters Festival in Newquay, we go there every year anyway, the area is very child friendly, love the festival on the beech, Oxegen was a big no no (Full ticket price for children), loads of people did not recomend for children, V is a no, I can't make Glastonbury so I entered over and over for the Radio One Big weekend, she wanted to see Paulo Nutini and Paramore but I did not win tickets, I was offered some on ebay but tought they were dodgy, so gonna take her to Newquay and then look again next year into booking Glastonbury, far too much on at the moment.

I havent been here. I admit it. I have been making a nuisance out of myself on the Download Forum. I miss "the good old days" too! That goes for this forum and V Festival!!

Nope! I just had just a disappointing experience last year, I decided this year to do Sonisphere instead!

Oh dear, the line up last year was poor if that's what you're referring to but this years seems much better for me anyway - enjoy Sonisphere though...!

Boo at that news beki, the original team orange has shrunk a bit over the last few weeks, with Sarah and gang not going, you and yours, mark, Danny etc.. I think there's now only us, Laura, Andy, The Welsh crazies and Paul etc.. going.

I know what you mean about last year, my cousin had her purse pinched while she was sleeping and had a bit of trouble, I pre wanted everyone that this will happen with the oasis Crows but my friesnds all blamed lady Ga Ga fans.

We could tell with the Indie disco that there were some extra Burberry hanging about but they must have drank themslves silly and dispeared by the time Oasis destroyed their head line appearence.

Thats why it is probbaly quiet, everyone moving on

Lady GaGa was my fave of the weekend!!!! So I guess its all my fault V is going down the pan!! Sorry guys!

I tell you what though, the crowd for GaGa was NUTS! Honest to god, I'd seen Slipknot (at the front of 90,000 people) 2 months earlier and no word of a lie, the GaGa crowd was scarier! I was 3 rows from the barrier and I couldnt move, everytime I took a breath in I thought it would be my last as I had no room to breathe out again! A poor girl in front of me was trying to get out but everyone was squashing her so much she couldnt, I managed to throw her over my head and she crowd surfed to freedom in the end

Funniest moment was some girl trying to get in front of me. She was all "excuse me, excuse me" and I turned around and said "does it look like there is any room for you, let alone room for me to move?"

Like I said it is the Punk Ga Ga ans that are to blame for everything, teenage pregnancy, drug abuse the lot, I think, they should ban her from the radio
