The Blockbuster down the road from me closed down about 6ish months ago (& no one has taken the shop over so it has a grey outline of Blockbuster on top from where the sign use to be) and so just assumed the whole company went bust. The company has been fucked for years.

Anyone see the attempted assassination on the Bulgarian PM? Madness!!
except it wasn't any attempted assassination.

The guy with the gun left a note a home - in case someone shot him - making clear that assassination wasn't anything of his plan.

There's also a strong suspicion that the politician might have arranged it to happen, as his own power grab.

The Bulgarians can't work it out, so I doubt that we will.

I personally feel it is very unfair having the semis on different day, it gives the winner of the first match a huge advantage. I prefer wimbledon where they put the sporting integrity of the tournament ahead of the television companies.

As for the match, I personally feel Djokovic would have won even if murray had broke in the second. Unfortunately he is a better player and one of the most determined players I have ever seen. Think the French could be interesting this year, particulalry if Nadal doesnt make it

Eric Pickles wants councils to hold votes before raising taxes

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-21226239

Of course, the cost of the votes doesn't matter, or the low turnout, or the fact that a large proportion of those who do turnout will be pensioners. No, he's just saying that any councils that raise their taxes by more than 2% without a vote will lose out...

This is bugging me....

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/education-21232270

About to send our kid to nursery and even though the cost is huge and it does need bringing under control, I don't think reducing safety and care coverage is the right way to go....

Ultimately I don't think will see a reduction in fees.

Tory scum are protected from these cuts to child safety. Those tory scum intend to keep having one nanny per child so they're not effected.

So that's alright then. We're all in this together.
