There's your avatar, and then there's your profile picture. These are separate things.

I'd guess that you've set your profile picture (as you have one set), thinking that it's your avatar.

If that's not it, please post back here and I'll look into things a little more.

this seems like the best place to ask..

how do l get my avatar to move? l mean, l found loads of moving ones on the internet, saved they to my computer. but they just don't move when there in my profile or any of the post's l make. The one l have on now should be moving but its not. if you could give me some advice please but l am a bit of a dummy on this sort of thing.
