Bristol Argos

Hi all,

Quick Question

Where is the nearest Argos Shop to Bristol airport so that we can reserve and collect before setting off to Glastonbury (In Taxi)

We also have to stock up on booze so trying to find out best way after getting off flight to stock up on booze, hit an argos and then taxi down

It's gonna be an expensive taxi whichever way you choose, none of the Argos stores are really on route.

I would probably go to Bristol Imperial park (BS13 7TJ) then to Tesco Express in Whitchurch (A37) then onto Festival.

Alternatively Argos in Midsomer Norton (BA3 2DW) or Shepton Mallet (BA4 5SB) might be options...

Cheers all, but just found a better option!

Theres a Halfords in Wells (which will be on the way) so we can reserve and collect from it, However, stocking up on booze is now the problem, is there many off licences / large supermarkets in Wells where we can stock up? (maybe I should start a new thread???)

Also a Lidl just down the road.

However for a real taste of Somerset, get the cabbie to make a two mile detour from Churchill to thatchers cider shop on the A358 at Sandford and pick up a few gallons of Hertitage on draught, or a case or two of Gold or Old Rascal in cans or bottles
