kids n glastonbury

hi im thinking of having my daughter come to glastonbury for the sunday her grandparents will drop her with me, does anyone know if its possible for her to get in the sunday with it being the last day(she is seven and gets in for free i think) and does she need to have registered?

I'd have thought that as long as you go out to meet her at the gate then it'll be absolutely fine. Why stop someone brining in a child on the Sunday but allow it any day beforehand? That wouldn't make any sense at all.

You might need to show your ticket stub to get back in tho so keep it safe thats if they still ask to see it when you come back in they have previously

Do NOT leave the festival with just a ticket stub, if you want to come back in.

There is a pass out system - at the gate, you will need your wristband intact, on your wrist, and your ticket. You collect a pass out slip. To get back in you need all three - wristband, ticket stub and pass out slip.

You shouldn't have any problem bringing your daughter in as part of the re-entry process.

We did this last year but on the friday. Grandparents met us at Gate D right near the road. Stewards were ok with them pulling up in the car as well and no problems. We are doing again this year with son and friend who cannot come down earlier due to school plays!!!!
