I've received my festival ticket but not the car park ticket yet...

Hi There,

It's my first time at Glastonbury and this whole "waiting for ticket in the post" business and although I got my festival ticket a few weeks ago now, it didn't include my car park ticket...

Is that normal? Do they send them out seperately?

Trying to get an email back from SEE Tickets or speak to the right person on the phone is like mission impossible!

1 of my goup has ssaid the same thing to me last night , think its time to get on the dog and bone to see tickets and kick up a fuss

Same happened to my friend, he called See tickets and it was an error on their part. They are now posing him one. I would give them a call.

I have managed to get through to see tickets now and they claim that the car park tickets are sent out seperately to the festival tickets, so i should only call back on Saturday if they still haven't arrived.

I'm in the same boat got my festival tickets but no carpark ticket... I'm giving them till the 18th because the tracker says:

"All tickets are planned to be safely delivered by 19th June. "

Call me pedantic but by the 19th June is before the 19th, therefore the 18th and if they haven't bothered to dispatch them by then then they won't be coming on the 19th will they?

I don't have my carpark ticket either, was told that they would come in the post seperately by 19th.

Same again - been told will be here at the weekend. Bit gutted as I won't be at that address, so will have to get someone to post it on to me, hope it makes it in time! Ho hum, worst comes to the worst can buy on the gate.

Hmm. Not sure how true it is that they usually post out car parking stickers separately. Why would they want to incur the extra postage costs? Also, mine came with my festival ticket.

Hey there hope this helps . Go to SEE tickets - Wheres my ticket - Put in poste code & last 4 digits of card booked with. However yes car park tickets may be this weekend early next i'm still waiting too.

According to the tracker mine have been sent first class today. According to the email they have been sent special delivery today.

As long as they've been sent today I'll be ok with that.

yep. Got an email 1hr ago to say the ticket has been sent via royal mail special delivery and should be with me in 2 working days...

Yes totally normal. Got my car park tickets separately last year, just a few days before the festival!! See were effing useless, but I eventually got thru to someone who told me they were being sent out separately. And they were!!

Mine came separately. Just go parking today - was supposed to be recording, was just sent first class.
