Locals Car Parking

Hi,

Just a quick question, I'm going to Glasto with a friend who lives in Shepton Mallet and we're driving from there on Weds morning. He has a local's car parking permit which apparently enables him to park in Pilton. Does anyone know where the car park is? I appreciate Pilton isn't very big so it shouldn't be hard to find and stewards will be able to direct but just wondered if anyone knew so we had any idea which direction to head!

The Pilton villagers parking is a field close to the fence. I'm pretty sure you come in at pedestrian gate B. You walk around the fence quite a way. It's a useful space to park though as it's not as busy nor as far away as most of the car parks.

Sorry - also, you drive down into the village and it's a left turning. The stewards keep an eye out for you though because they know they need to keep the locals sweet! So just drive slowly down the hill into the village and they'll spot you.
