Pilton Post Office Drop off point

Afternoon all,

We're getting a taxi from bristol aiport on wednesday and I've been informed that the place we'll be getting dropped off is Pilton Post Office(BA4 4DZ)

Anyone got any idea how far this is from a gate we can get in?

Yep, you just have to walk down the road towards Glastonbury and your be at the yellow gate for Pedestrian Gate A

Its about a good mile I recon but not a bad place to be dropped off at.

Just looking at google it says .7 of a mile...

B is the post office on the screenshot...

Why dont you ask the taxi driver to drop you off by Gate A it will be a bit easier, but you will probably have to move quick

The official taxi drop off point this year is in the lay by on the A361. That's roughly where the label 'Steanbow Farm' is on the map above. Not too far to Gate A, and much nearer than the Post Office (and the festival gets it in the neck if people drop off in the village - it comes up in the council reviews).

Cool, thanks for the replies - I'm gonna call the taxi firm tomorrow and sort this out - a mile ain't far but it's further when lugging a load of kit on yer back!!!
