Seetickets fail - Huge Problem

Hey everyone,

I am writing you today from Germany.

I want to attend Glastonbury for the first time this year but I am facing a huge problem.

Even though my CC-account has been charged for the tickets and i received a confirmation email, my tickets are not here yet.

I checked the seetickets.com online order status thing, and it says "Tickets are in stock and will be despatched shortly to"

I called Seetickets, and they told me the tickets should be here by tomorrow (friday). The Online order status hasn't changed.

Two days ago I received an email from seetickets, telling me that they messed something up so that my tickets would be dispatched thursday (today) or friday.

As mentioned above, I live in Germany and my flight to the UK leaves on Tuesday afternoon. It's not unlikely that my tickets will not arrive on time.

What am I supposed to do? I know the tickets are personalized and stuff, so it should be possible to identify me at the entrance.. Does someone have experience with this?

I am freaking out...

help would be very much appreciated.
