Help with Millets Delivery Information Please!

Hi everyone,

On Tuesday I placed an order through Millets website using the standard delivery option (3-5 days). I need to have the items by Tuesday and I thought this would be fine as it gives the delivery man 5 days to deliver the items. However, its now Friday and the items are yet to be dispatched and i'm worried that they won't arrive in time. I e-mailed millets yesterday asking for advice and whether or not it would be possible to upgrade my standard delivery to express delivery, but im yet to receive a reply.

I dont know whether to just place the order again today, before 12, through express delivery (giving the delivery man 2 working day rather than 1 to deliver my items) - and then return the other order once im back from Glastonbury?

Does anyone have any advice or experience with Millets? Or possibly knows how long it usually takes for the order to change from "processing" to "dispatched" to arriving at my front door?

No experience of millets delivery times, but they do have a stall onsite. Perhaps you could change your delivery to collect from there?

I've considered this but customer services don't seem to be responding very quickly (I assume theyre really busy!) and I cant really afford to wait another few days for a response, especially if its a no.

I'd just buy everything on site if I knew I could get my sizes etc in what i've ordered (and 20% discount )
