Going to a mainland Europe festival alone

Have you ever been to one of the mainland Europe festivals on your own? If so what's it like? Did you enjoy it? I went to the FIB Bennicassim on my own a couple of times and got on fine by myself. But that festival has a large majority of Brits who go, so it was easy to get chatting to other people. But some of the other festivals Brits will very much be in a minority so there'll be a bit of a language barrier.

Anyway have you been to one of the mainland Europe festivals alone, and if so what was it like. Cheers.

LOL! Never mind! Was thinking of going to one of the Dutch or German festivals. But probably won't end up doing it next year anyway.
