Battery operated trolley

I was queueing up Wednesday morning to get into Glasto, and noticed someone there with what looked liked a battery operated trolley.

Didn't get the chance to ask him about it.

I'm sure some of you must have seen it.

Does anyone know if this was a home-made trolley, or if you can buy it somewhere?

I was looking at building something similar, need to get some wheelchair motors/batteries first though. This year we rigged a full-on shoulder harness to pull our trolley, worked an absolute treat.

Is there not some kind of device that you push a handle back and fore to make it move? Where did I ge that idea from?

I was thinking it would need some sort of caterpillar tracks to be truly Glast proof!

Do you think I could sneak a Sherman tank in by telling Security it's a trolley?
