Latitude - arriving on Friday?

Thinking about going to Latitude this year, and was hoping from some advice from someone who has been before.

If I arrived after work on Friday, how difficult is the camping situation?

Also, any idea on what time the music starts.

There's some music on Thursday night on smaller stages, but I think the music on Friday kicks off in the early afternoon.

When I went to Latitude in 2008 there was tonnes of camping space all weekend, especially further away from the arena. I've heard that they have upped the capacity this year though.
