My mate and his missus foolishly tried to buy tickets from a scam site, they've been told by their bank that they may get their money back after the festival. They still want to go (Sunday only) but funds may be tight. How much roughly to Touts charge you on the day (I see loads on the roads leading up to Weston Park)

Varies year by year, sometimes Weston Park tickets have been going for very little the week before.

Looks very different this year though, prices are very high.

If you go later in the day they will of course be cheaper but if you went in the morning you will be paying 100+ easily

My mate was thinking around £40 a ticket (day ticket-Sunday)

If he knew he'd definitely get his money back from his bank, he'd pay more, but sadly wont know 'til after

Last year at Chelmsford, they were only dirt cheap on the Sunday as Oasis dropped out.

I went up on the Sunday last year and apparantly the police had really been cracking down so there was only a few flying around and they were asking for £140 per ticket for the day! Needless to say I told them to stick it.

I only live down the road so went home to feel sorry for myself.....
