Camp Efest - Are we rocking it again ?

Well these comments have definiely helped make up my mind where to camp. Anywhere except ORANGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Orange is a really good campsite probs one of the best there! Not meaning to put anybody off I only commented as Shay asked if people had dropped out lol.

I wouldn't say its clique just that people have made good friends with the first camp few years ago and now I think people just seem to camp with friend and keep themselves to themselves!

Hi, can I please chip in, I saw you every day Sarah and you saw me each morning doing my walk of shame back from another part of the camp ha ha, I spoke to everyone, I have a big group of friends with me though. I made the effort to call round and see everyone to say Hi, the camp was huge last year though.

In all fairness Laura just was the main point of contact for directing people to where the main group were hoping to meet so everyone had one point of contact, I dont think she did that to be stood with a clip board and pegging out where everyone should camp and have a little meet and great table lol, although there is an idea

I was hoping that this year the camp would be closer to each other and we would see more of each other.

I think it is the least clique camp that I have ever been too, there are some good friends who met years ago, some have dropped out of V for one reason or another, some still go, some are on here and camp eleswhere, some camp very close and everyone chats and says Hi. The reason me and Laura have remained close is that we live closer by and see each other out and about.

Well Im not gonna be camping with Team Orange, however, Im planning to meet Rach for a catch up and a drinky at some point over the weekend, so I may well have a saunter over and finally introduce myself. Hope you all have a great camp

BTW i've bought decorations for the camp lots of Ladybird and bumble bee windmills - just got to figure how we get the attached to tent and high enough for everyone to see lol

Dont remember any of this. I do remember saying hi to you friday morning dawn and then talking to you monday morning because we were the last people left on the campsite.

Laura IJust asked some other efesters who camped near us and they said you deffo didnt come over to us on sat you were sitting with rocky box for a bit not us.

Anyway feel like this is just getting petty so lets change the subject

Last year was my first year camping with Efests but it was my 3rd V. It was great to have somewhere to head for, and ended up right by Andy&Laura who sheltered us from a rainstorm just as we arrived I was at least one of the newbies taking up Lauras time lol

I will come up to orange this year to come say hi as alot of people don't know what i look like (H) bar a few members. I don't tend to camp in orange anyway but we'll see what happends with timing and campsite filling.

Also some people on this thread are really making pointless inputs.

I actually cant wait, Laura has bought some pound shop garden objects thingie me bobs, lady birds etc.. so I have sent the message around to my girl friends for bunting, flags, and other bits of cheap and cheerful objects to make camp, errrm pretty, cant beat a bit of tack,

So team Orange lets get creative and get some flags and bunting for when we are tucking into Rachey cakes

Was a noob to eFests camp last year - with Mammiamia, who I noticed had posted earlier. Had a cracking time with you guys and defo want to join you again. Will be searching the 99p/pound shop for suitable tat to add to the camp!
