Its a massive farce this year. I think I might try ticketmaster next year because see have been awful. If they only had photo registration for the tickets they could be sent out as soon as you bought them, I know it would make not being able to go a little bit harder with refunds needed instead of being able to sell them on. It would limit touting too.
