sjh990
be prepared to dance your arse off on a hill haha. your legs will be sore by the end of the night. just wear something comfortable, im not keen on wellies for dance festivals, i would rather get my trainers dirty. enjoy yourself but still be aware that there are still some dickheads who go from liverpool who sometimes go after an easy target. so dont be standing next to a load of scally with you phone or camera out for too long. and tbh dont even try and be nice to them, just avoid them. that said you will still proberly have an amazing time and wont even come across the scallys depending on who's set you go listening to. what i think is essential for not missing out is buying a set time booklet for around your neck. i always try and make a little plan of where i want to be early on in the day before i end up in a mess. all the food is crap in my opinion, but you are only there for a short amount of time. and if you are a drug fiend, i wouldnt go buying them off the black fellas who barge through the crowds asking if you want to buy any haha. CeeCeeLuvsDancing
Number one - wear comfy shoes. They are right. Its hilly. Trekking up hills and falling down slopes will be a main part of your weekend. And watch your feet in the tents. Just because youre in a tent, it doesnt mean the ground is even Number two - ZIPPED POCKETS. Honest to God, even though my bondage pants attract the wrong sort of attention, the zipped pockets are a god send, for the rides and keeping pennies/camera safe! Number three - eat before you go. Theres a pub down the road called the Evenwood. Go get a carvery before going in so you dont resort to eating food poisoning burgers. Number four - prepare for all weather! If its cracking the flags, great! But take sun cream if you plan on being outside most of the time. If its raining, take one of them stupid plastic ponchos. Not very fashionable, but you wont get wet and cold. trust me, you lose the will to dance when your clothes are soaked. Number five - Have a meet up point. If you lose your mates, have one point where you can all meet up at certain times (we say "see you at the Slingshot in 2 hours" if we are going to split up). For some reason, when the festivals on, the phone signal goes tits up. Number six - Know where the welfare tents are. We had to go there one year. They wernt very helpful, but I think it calmed the person down who thought they needed help!

CeeCeeLuvsDancing
It probably is for some messy people. And others possibly recall Creamfields being in the clouds. Because theyve strayed into neighbouring fields and are in fact walking on the sheep.
