Right get this guys, i rang see tickets up yesterday to see progress e.t.c.. was told if i wanted i could collect at hexagon instead but told them not to worry and do not change it, low and behold 5 minutes later get an email confirmation stating they were going to be available for collection on wed 25th!!! After two frantic phone calls and 2 hours was told not to worry, tickets will now still be sent out tommorow morning at latest. Checked my tracker this morning still saying tickets will be sent shortly, ok i thought thats strange but then checked my email and would you believe it i get this at half 11!!!

Dear MISS XXX READING FESTIVAL 2010 WEEKEND TICKETS at Richfield Avenue,Reading on 27-29 AUG 2010.

Your tickets will be available for collection from the Hexagon in ReadingTown centre.

The ticket collection point will be open 8am - 8pm daily from Wednesday25th August to Sunday 29th August.

In order to collect your tickets please take the card used for purchasealong with a copy of this e-mail.

Please note that the festival has sold out and there will be noadditional tickets being sold on-site or at the Hexagon. If you have any further queries please call us on 0871 2200260 (24hrs). Kind Regards See Customer Services

I might just add that my girlfriend used her credit card for this and is not attending!!! What the hell!!

I HAVE A MAJOR UPDATE ON WHY TICKETS HAVE NOT BEEN DISPATCHED FOR EVEYONE (SEE TICKETS), APPARENTLY THERE PRINTING MACHINE BROKE AND THEY COULD NOT PRINT LOADS OF TICKETS BUT ITS FIXED NOW!! PLUS MINE HAVE BEEN SENT TODAY THANK GOD!! THEY HAD A SYSTEM ERROR AS WELL AND PEOPLE (LIKE ME) WERE GETTING EMAILS THEY SHOULDENT BE GETTING FOR EXAMPLE SAYING THEY ARE GOING TO NEED TO BE COLLECTED AT THE HEXAGON!! SO THERE YOU GO

I'd imagine they'd be looking to get all tickets dispatched by Saturday so they are delivered Monday/Tuesday.
