Avi to DVD converter

anyone know an AVI to dvd converter that is simple and works every time?

i have AVI2dvd but sometimes it converts half into an ISO image and half into vob files

Buy a DVD that is Divx compatable.

Im not being very constructive here, but why bother? divx players are for f-all these days, you can get a remote control usb compatible divx player for about £30 (linky), and it will fit in a fag packet, theres really no need for physical media any longer......

just a thought.

Dont really get these. I have a USB key that I bang into the front of the dvd player for the 5.1 system and it plays off that. AVIs/MP3s only mind you. This gadget seems to be similar except it plays a couple of different formats?

On a similar subject, we've got one of these and its brilliant - especially if your house it networked and you want to watch digital media on the big tv.

There's a non-networked one that's about £30 too.
