Cheap pre festival booze

Hi all

Its that time of year again and we need to stock up on essential supplies for the festival, so does anyone know of any good alchohol deals from the supermarkets? or national retailers?

Particulaly im after a Case 24 cans! of lager, bottles are banned and random 4 packs would be impossible to carry.

brands prefered would be carlsberg/export carling stella.

Best I have found so far is morrisions £15 for 24 case cans

or

Bargain Booze 2 for £16 on 15 carlsberg cans packs (total 30 cans)

can anyone do better? please no corner shops deals ;-)

I can't do better but I can tell you about a good deal!

Asda:

10 cans of strongbow = £7

or 15 cans of strongbow = £8

hahaha for the extra £1 you get 5 more cans

So for a meer £16 you can get 30 cans of strongbow which I think is a good deal!

ASDA are still doing the 350ml pouches of Vodka for £4.97 - that's half a bottle for less that a fiver and, as it's not in glass, no decanting needed.

Hopefully ASDA and Tesco will do their "slab for £10" offer that was on for the last bank holiday (including Stella 4 )

Already bought mine from Netto, but I dunno if the deal I got is still on.

20 crate of Carlsberg for £10 (x2)

15 crate of Strongbow for £7.50 (x1)

55 tinnies for £27.50, bargain It's only 11 per day but I'm taking money for beer in the arena as well.

The big Tesco will be having deals on beers for the Reading festival

Lidl are doing 70cl of smirnoff vodka for a tenner, so I went in for a bit of that

Dunno if they're all over the place but my local Sainsbury's is selling a 200ml bottle of Jack Daniels for £3

Bought 5 bottles, so a litre of JD for £15!

And in co-op I'm going for a 15 crate of Foster's for £9

Not the best value but deffo good enough

Might get a couple of those just for a change from beer. Plus could probably be sneaked into the arena fairly easily either in the bottle or in a hip flask.
