Need some info from the regulars

Hey guys,

I'm going there for the first time this year and to be precise attending only sunday in chelmsford. I know weekend tickets are in a form of wristband, however mine came as a paper ticket (which I have nothing against). On the ticket it says "you WILL NOT need to exchange this ticket for a wristband. NO RE-ADMISSION INTO THE ARENA". Is that really so? I'm going there by car and obviously will have all the stuff like umbrella etc. left in it should there be nice weather (fingers crossed). But the day starts at 12 noon and runs all the way to the evening, therefore wheather change is almost inevitable. Does it mean I have to carry stuff I may need in the evening (like jacket) throughout the day???

*camping* weekend tix are a wristband and let you come and go but non-camping aren't I think as you can't go in and out of the arena. So yeah take everything with you!

That's a bit of a nonsense then I was going for past few years to Benicassim and obviously in that place you don't need to worry about rain and all that. But here rain is as usual as half-pint of bear landing on you during the gig I suppose. Well I guess i'll have to take wellies, raincoat etc. with me. If you'll see guy who looks like he's moving places - that's ME

I always go weekend non-camping and stay in a van in the car park (it's nicer than camping)and can confirm you aren't allowed in and out of the arena. Just take a usuable bag.

yes unfortunately they will not re-admit you so its a case of carrying everything you want - so i would opt for the cag in a bag.

They have lockers so you could always put your stuff in a locker?

I've never used them before but might be worth doing that if you have a few bits that you dont want to carry about x

Just take a dry change of clothes to leave in the car. If you get wet, at least you don't have to sit in it all the way home!!

Thanks guys for all of the advise given. If you don't mind one more question : is timetable for the acts going to be posted on the web some time before festival or do I find out all that only once inside the arena?

The timetable is only released officially on the day the festival starts (Friday)
