So the See Tickets site states that all tickets have now been issued. I havent received mine, so i ring them up, "where's my tickets, your site says they've all been issued and i havent got mine?"

"oh that's just a general message we've put up, your's haven't been issued yet".

Why put that message up then!!!!!

How long do they leave it to issue tickets, its a week tomorrow, what if they get lost in the post?

PANIC!

Without worrying you we had our tickets (from see tickets) over 2 weeks ago. Make sure you check with your neighbours as mine have previously been devivered there and the buggar didn't bother to tell us until we went round and asked!!

i rang yesterday and was told the same, all wristbands and "day tickets" have been released though = camping is still ongoing! i am in the last batch which will get released monday and "should" be with me tuesday! Least we can both worry together and your not the only one now! It made me feel better to know someone else was in my shoes!

Oh no - still no tickets! just rang today and theyve now said i was on a "fraud" list and they havent gone out! he reassured me that theyve now cleared it and they will go out today but i honestly dont know what to believe because 1) they didnt tell me when i rang thurs and fri that i was on this list and 2) do i honestly believe that? god all i need is for the postman to "lose" them like he did with my wireless tickets and im screwed! Fingers crossed!

Yes i went to post office with the card which had been left and they werent there! Luckily they "turned up" at the post office a few days later when id started a formal investigation and got the police invoved! trouble is i havent got a few days this time for anything to go wrong! V stressed at min :(

i rang them today too and was greeted by some unconvincing story that there had been a problem when booking my tickets with the payment process and basically it had been put to a side and forgotten about!!!

He assures me they will be sent by recorded delivery today.

The guy i spoke to last week didnt mention any of this to me, just that they hadnt been sent out yet!

omg mine haven't even been dispatched yet!!!!

Well ive finally had a despatch notice and have been promised a next day delivery and a tracker ref later! so fingers crossed Royal Mail get their bums into gear and deliver them. Fingers crossed and positive mental attitude is a must before i cry!

me too, finally received email from them today saying they have been despatched and will be delivered by special delivery and should be with me in next 2-3 days! Effin 2-3 days?

I need them tomorrow or Thursday at latest!

Really disappointed with See Tickets, wont be using them again.

What happens if tickets dont arrive in time, will I be able to make arrangements with V direct somehow to get in???

Ive spoken to see and anyone which has had tickets despatched today have gone out special delivery which means that they will be with you by 1pm tomorrow (lets have faith!!). Ive got the royal mail tracker number which if you give them a ring they will release to you. They released the same standard email to everyone which said 2-3 days! Dont think they realise the stress they cause doing that!

I will certainly consider not using them again as the service ive had has been diabolical and ive lost my "sparkle" at the minute when i should be buzzing and on countdown!
