where are you camping and why ?

For me i will be camping in orange again becuase it's fairly near to the arena, quick and easy to get to tesco and I didn't see many d*ckheads although thier was a decent atmosphere in orange last year.

Plus over the past few years, Readings had an infestation of absolute dickheads who camp in yellow/green, and camping in red avoids a fair amount of them

Nice and close to the arena, Piccadilly Party, Relentless Tent, and the camp DJ's are normally pretty good there

Yellow again at Leeds. Was on Orange hill in 08 (an experience to say the least) and yellow last year. It's right next to the arena, and from my own experiences I actually found the people friendlier than in the Orange hill area.

In Green for the fourth year now, took a year out in 2008 and went to Indigo which wasn't as good. Reasons being, its near the entrance from the river (so don't carry things very far at all from the car, mainly shopping trolley), near all the fun stuff, ground isn't too bad and no groups of idiots more so than our selves.

Because that's where I always camp and it's usually pretty quiet and dickheads free. There are some mildly annoying people who camp at the end closest to yellow every year, but they're only annoying when you walk past and the expect some sort of interaction - which is annoying if you're hungover.

White Village (leeds) quite close to the path (right next to the cider tent last year) so its easy to get to tents while pissed.

Very close to the arena (2mins = later wake up time / more drinking time before the arena walk), not far from picadilly party, 1 min from relentless, next to lockers, next to showers and bogs. Sorted...

Orange, as you face away from the arena, to the right up the hill about 20m, between the path and the trees. Same place as last year, because we liked it.

Was thinking about yellow but it seems really cramped, and theres a big group of us, and none of us like red/blue.

At Leeds. Camping at Blue/Red. Lively, alot of other groups we know are camping there. And we had no problems with anything last year.

At Leeds we'll be camping in Blue. It was our first year camping there last year after years of camping in Orange and It was great. We camped right across from the Oxfam tent so we could go for a dance and were just a stagger back to the tent. Also it was nice and close to everything we needed. Will definately be camping there again this year.

Green at Leeds. I'm happy to hang out in the village or whatever tickles my pickle until everything dies down a bit, but I'd rather have a good kip before it all starts again the next day I also actually quite enjoy the walk from the campsite to the arena in the morning - its the best time to get buzzed about the bands you'll be seeing. Bit of a nightmare when the weather's bad though :/

usually camp in yellow tends to be more telegraph poles for me to burn down on the sunday, plus people seem more laidback with my throwing there tents on the giant fires.

I've camped in green & Orange in past years but usually camp in red these days up the top end of the hill. You get a great view from there, and see the most fun happening around!

I'll be camped in yellow at Leeds because that's where my mates insist on camping each year, even though I'd much rather be on the other side of the village. Yellow is a hole, often with a shit DJ playing all hours too. Least pleasing.
