Aw balls! I've just noticed a major clash! The pop quiz will clash with The Singing Adams. I won't be able to retain my title! Disaster!

All you poor souls having 'Band Clash' issues have my sympathy. I am quite lucky because I rarely come across a band that can keep my full attention for more than a couple of songs. Unless the bands contain eight foot tall nuns playing avant-garde jazz bassoon or a minimum of two Burlesque dancers handing out free cider. I shall be flittng between venues via the cider bus avoiding all bottlenecks.

(can anyone confirm whether or not this is the only post, ever, to contain the word 'flittng' ?)

What's the music quiz? Is it like blind test? Guess the song sort of thing?

I havent noticed major clashes. And I'm surprised that you (MG Frogworthy) don't do full gigs. Are you more the compilation person rather than full album?

It's a bog standard, albeit quite awesome pop quiz, with various rounds. You know, the usual intro round, picture round, general pop knowledge. Last years was themed on EOTR artists past and present.

I was actually amazed that I won as it was only me and the missus up against some fairly big teams. And frankly, she didn't answer anything. And I had the WORST hangover.

Ahah, I'm in. I like to say I've got a decent music knowledge, however not so much on folk. I'm much better on blind tests (guess the song). Oh well.
