doylehemel
I have purchased a V Festival Ticket with Coach package from ticketline for the Chelmsford site. However from printing the latest E Ticket it says I need photographic ID to collect my ticket. However I only have an old style paper driving licence and I don’t have a passport. The only photo ID I have is my national rail photo card which I use to buy my season ticket. I was just wondering if this with my paper driving licence, the card I purchased it with a copy of something like my bank statement would be good enough to get in?? At the time of purchase I wasn’t prompted by anything saying about needing a photo ID otherwise I would’ve made arrangement to get an new style driving licence. I would imagine I’m not the only person with this problem. I have tried calling ticketline but can't get through. I was wondering if anyone can help me. Skizz
Just take enough stuff...I think the old passport and railcard is reasonable as they can't expect you to fork out for a new one just for the purpose of picking up tickets! Take passport, bank statement, confirmation letter and railcard, if they dont give you the tickets after that they are having a right giraffe Edited August 17, 2010 by Skizz
