Keeping the beers cold.

Is it worth bringing along a cooling box with some ice blocks for keeping the beers cold?

Nothing worse than a warm beer.

i never really have that problem, cans seem to cool overnight, i mean sure they're not ice cold but they never really go warm unless you leave them in the sun during the day.

I've never tried it, but, my mates normally takes two crates, one chilled for fri/sat and then one frozen for sat/sun. With the idea being that the frozen crate will be nicely chilled by the time you get round to drinking it

take a bucket and fill with water from the standpipe and stick beers in there.

also, if you take a cool box when it's no longer cold fill the cool box up with water!

no you can take any can of lager from tesco two stripe to asda smart price and they'll swap it for a cold can of carling.

Got my 3 crates for £20 from Asda last night, I can taste the strongbow already.

Also got the ice packs in the freezer ready for the cool box.

Same here. Got me Coolbag and ice blocks are in the freezer ready to cool da beers.
