locker question

i e-mailed see tickets last week about this and surprisingly they replied. this is the message i got;

Thank you for your e-mail.

The locker tickets won't actually be sent out. You should receive an e-mail from the locker company a few days before the event and you just need to take your reference number to the locker area when you arrive at the festival.

Yeah, that's what it says on the locker company's FAQ. I'm a bit confused though because I got an email from see saying that my order had been despatched, which kind of makes it sound like there's an actual ticket to be received. Haven't received any email or reference number from the locker company either :/ think I'm gonna take the confirmation of my order just in case the emAil doesn't come. He'll, I'm more concerned about my tickets not having arrived, given they were apparently deapatched on Monday :/
