what time to set off from Leeds

Hi all, hope you're all as excited as I am for V Fest!! This is my first time at V, having only been to Leeds Festival a couple of times, I'm not sure what to expect when travelling. My boyfriend and I are travelling to Weston in convoy with our friends and we're having a few issues deciding what time to set off! We reckon around 7-7.30am would be fine, whereas our friends are wanting to leave at 6am! EARLY. I just reckon that whatever time we set off, an hour isn't going to make much difference in terms of avoiding traffic when we get there...I'd rather have an extra hour in bed rather than be up at 5am to just sit in traffic anyway if that makes sense!

Just wondered if anyone is travelling the same sort of distance and if anyone could advise us on what to do? Cheers!
