Camping tickets now staying in hotel

I have purchased camping tickets for the full weeknd at stafordshire, but we are now staying in a hotel.

Can we go into the campsites and exchange for a wrist band or do we have to go into the arena with us not camping??

Just asking cos if we can go into the camp sites but not camp we can take our own drink??

You will need to exchange your ticket to get your wristbands to be able to go anywhere. You can take your own drink into the campsites and drink it there... but they check your bags etc before you go into the arena and you can only take in sealed (unopened) soft drinks and food so you wouldn't be able to take in alcohol via that route either. They don't allow glass either.
