Still not received Leeds weekend tickets from Seetickets

Also bought them in the presale and this morning the status on both Early entry and weekend ticket has finally changed to "Ready for Dispatch". I'm not so stressed about the seetickets order, however I bought a ticket from Viagogo from a friend on the premise it was an official partner of the festival and still haven't heard anything about that ticket being dispatched.

It frustrates me because whilst I know touting is frowned upon etc. after hearing FR comment on the introduction of Viagogo as an official partner last year I thought the whole system sounded alot safer. However due to seetickets incompetencies I can see Tuesday night being incredibly awkward when I need to get the ticket to my friend due to me leaving Wednesday - if I don't have a ticket to give her. Even worse is the fact I paid for the ticket and my reimbursement for it is my spending money for the festival :/.

rang them up again and been told all my presale tickets been sent today. I already received my tickets that ordered in april. The later u order tickets the earlier you get them, stupid

If anyone wants the number its 01159454570, there is about 5 min queue when ring but its not a premium number

They need your ref number, surname and first line of address. The more people that ring, the more they will realise they f**ked up this year. They can give more info than online tracker, like if they have been printed yet, time sent, and good if you have multiple ref numbers. They can be very helpful

Hi Guys,

I know this is all getting very repetitive and tedious now, but I'm in the position where I bought 4 weekend tickets with early entry in the general sale in March from Seetickets and have still not got an email saying they've been dispatched. Should I ring up? Or if not, how long would you leave it before you do? Obviously I need to leave on Wednesday morning, so getting worried now. They really are taking the p!ss this year.

yeah that is very fustrating, i would personally demand my postage charge fee back, see as though they didnt deliever it to you special delievery, and also some vouchers for:

1. lieing to you

2. on the website, they said they would have weekend tickets dispatched in the first 2 weeks of august. they have cocked up this year..
