Just One Act

Back in March, once the line-up had been announced, j...rox created this thread : /index.php?showtopic=142610&st=">http://www.efestivals.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=142610&st= looking at which one act had drawn you to the festival.

Now with the festival less than a week away I'm intrigued to see if it's changed.

So who is it for you? Has the recent Axl Rose hacking shenanigans got you pumped to see Guns N Roses? Has The Suburbs got you Ready to Start and hyped for Arcade Fire? Is it the reports of blink-182s European return performances in Scotland that have you yearning for a return to a sixth form? Has the video of Pete, Carl, Gary and John got you ready for the return of The Libertines? Maybe it's Hayley Williams who's attracting you to Paramore? Or the fact that the returning QoTSA performances seem to be basically greatest hits sets? Or is it one of the many many other acts playing over the weekend?

Personally Arcade Fire were the stand-outs back in March as it was their first announced tour date in Europe for 2010 and the first signs of their new album. Since then they have released The Suburbs which reached the #1 position in the album charts and they are still the act I'm most looking forward to seeing.

I think its gotta to be my Gaslight, Modest Mouse, I Blame Coco, Frank Turner run.

Gaslight Anthem are probably the band I am most looking forward to... just about. Frank Turner is a close second.

Arcade Fire is then third.

But that run... its so good... its ridiculous.
