TICKETS STILL HAVENT ARRIVED

My Car Park ticket arrived this morning but my real ticket hasnt come yet, i tried ringing see who i purchased them off but everything is automated and unhelpful, anyone got any ideas on what i can do?

How did you buy them? If you got them online then you should have a confirmation e-mail with a link to an online tracker or phone number to contact in this kind of situation.

It's the same phoneline as the 0871 number but doesn't cost as much. DON'T choose the "My tickets haven't arrived" option... instead choose the second option "Having problems with print at home order" then choose "All other enquiries" which is option 2 again and you'll eventually get through to someone.

Seetickets are a complete shambles, i thought they were pretty bad in previous years but just seems they get worse with every year

Also, in the past my car park ticket has arrived in the normal post. But the weekend tickets are sent out Royal Mail Special Delivery which can sometimes arrive separately from the main post. My dad sometimes has to have stuff sent to him via special delivery and quite often it's arrived either before or after the main post but should always be before 1pm.
