weezer refused to be filmed

on one side, i would love to re-live it, on the flip side, makes it a pretty damn special show to have seen!

best band of the weekend, totally converted everyone their into a weezer fan, there next album may just explode straight into the uber bigtime!

everyone was talking about how good they were round the site, and the blow up doll was a great moment! haha

as for the cover, i again had a huge argument with my mate just before there set, managed to convince them , then as soon as the riff kicks in he turns to me and says 'i f**king told you it was weezer who did that song', and i admit for a split second i almost believed it myself, but then i just laughed, genius move. i wonder how many kids actually realise it wasnt them haha

was the lyric thing a gimmick or did he actually not know them :S

How amazing would it be for Weezer to finally make it major bigtime and start headlining shit. Weezer are a band who by every right should be headlining Reading, but never seemed to get that last push to superstardom... it's strange. Would love to see Hurley be a massive success.

That being said.... the next UK tour will be a Blue/Pinkerton tour apparently. It's what Rivers is planning for us next

im off to america to catch a few of the pinkerton/blue album tour if they dont bring it over here. Its seriously like a dream come true. been waiting so so long to hear Pinkerton live.

I knew the festival set was gunna be the highlight. I had a permenent grin on all of sunday. probably my all time reading festival moment, and it was my 9th Reading!

well in the last few years rivers has come out of his shell. yes he is still awkward, but hes taken a front man role. I think it is something to do with the musical direction there moving towards

You're missing Cypress Hill.... but either way. Those 3 were perfecr booking all in a row. Made even sweeter by the fact that the sky very quickly turned black during All Time Low, very cold wind.... suddenly it started to piss down. And i mean piss down. For about an hour. I was annoyed as Weezer in the Sun is kinnda a must. But after an hour the sun came out and it was a totally clear blue sky just in time for Limp Bizkit to come on. The weather was wierd this year, but it was lovely when it needed to be
