All the bad weather and the extra day has made this tournament a bit of an anticlimax. They would do well to move the tournament to the first week of September when it's held in Scotland in 4 years as playing such a tournament anywhere in Britain at this time of year is just silly.

Well chuffed that they've won. I love golf anyway but the atmosphere generated at the Ryder Cup is fantastic. I'm sure the smaller crowd today helped the americans somewhat, but who cares now
