It was funny except when i lost my boyfriend in the campsite, i was calling out Luke so everyone decided to call out Alan, Steve and loads of other names!!! ha ha ha. Found him in the end tho .. luke i mean not alan.

A the taxi cabs that are on site is another story.

they are well beyond a joke and do understand people are out to make money from events like this.

my journey from the taxi stand would take me no more that 4 mins. asked a few liverpool taxi's how much £50 to £60 was the cheapest. so me and the misses decided we would walk home when we spotted a local cab £7.50.

They were quoting us ridiculous amounts for a taxi to Preston Brook Travel Inn last year so we just walked down to the main road and flagged one down. Cost us £10 or £15 which we were happy to pay. They're all after the fares back to Liverpool and sit in the queue for hours waiting for that fare. Muppets

I slept till 1pm so missed the last bus to liverpool from the site. Asked a taxi how much to lime st. station and he said £55. There was a few others around at the bus stop so we shared it between 4 @ £14 each.
