Nothing wrong with the Catty!

Spoons are generally ridiculously mobbed on Saturdays. It's hard enough getting a seat when there's two of you, but when there's 10+ its a nightmare.

Was in the Crystal Palace a few Saturdays back, was pretty dead upstairs. Don't know if that was unusual, but it might be an option. Downside is Spoons pubs don't sell Red Bull anymore. Is that a consideration for anyone else or just me?

In terms of clubs, I can't think of a better option than the Duck. I'm a Cathouse fan, but I don't know if it'd suit everyone.

Yeah everytime I've been in the Crystal Palace we always head upstairs, it's as if nobody knows it has an upstairs.

the cathouse gets far too busy, takes ages to get a drink and you can't get moving cause it's mobbed.

Yeah a Friday it's far too busy but on Saturday's it's realy good and not too busy.

i do like the cathouse now and again though, just not for an efest meet.

Got quite possibly the nicest knock back I've ever had from the Catty a few months back. Ended up in the Buff though.

Was the night of a blackout and several clubs around the area of the arches were closed so the catty was busy and we were a bit too drunk.

Must have been, I've actually got in after dropping everything I own down the stairs during a search and then having to run down collecting the scramble. was so pished I then fell up the stairs.

None of the folk from downstairs can climb the stairs on account of their gout.

There's a bar upstairs as well which is mega handy. Must draw straws to see who gets an easy night upstairs.

I dunno either considering there's always folk from Lanarkshire heading back. The last time I wasn't going to cause I had uni work for Monday but Strudders talked me into it.

Looks like it could be quite a wee group. Anyone else noticed that the majority of the old group aren't posting as much anymore? I doubt we'll ever better the meeting of last winter, that was a classic.
