Beer Tokens Refund

Ok Im aware the tokens state no refunds after the final day etc.

Im really posting in the vain hope someone could point me in a direction or give me the hint of a chance of getting a refund.

I was all pumped for this years fest and as always bought my weekends worth of tokens on Friday, Unfortunately come saturday afternoon i get a call from home and a some ill timed terrible news and had to organise getting home to be with the family....

In short worrying about token refunds was the last thing on my mind so im stuck with £40 worth now and looks like no means of getting it back.

I did have luck a few years back after the refund debacle of 2005 and contacted some catering company who honoured me a refund. Im thinking that practise is no longer happening.

Any ideas or suggestions, or am i punting a deflated ball on this one?

To be honest I dont think youve got a cat in hells chance of getting your money back! Sorry, that is a right bummer, good luck though, you never know x

Two hopes mate i'm afraid.... Best thing to do if you have to leave, (as I have done twice now...) is sell them to the nearest punter at the bar with a discount of 10 - 15 quid. It's worked for me. Never leave the site with the tokens co's once you walk out they couldn't give a monkeys what problems us punters have.
