the mobile skin has now been activated, and for people using the common mobile devices the forums will load the mobile skin automatically.

If you want to swap back to the standard skin, just select the "eFestivals skin" option at the bottom of the page.

it's not deliberate by me, but it is the default for the default mobile skin which the efests version has been built from.

I just wanted to come in here (avoiding the 'LoFi' thread in the Glasto forum ... yikes) and say thanks for the mobile skin. It's much better than the standard eFests layout on a mobile device.

Now, if you can just figure out somewhere to cram in reg date and post count near the usernames, I'll know when I'm starting a scrap with someone more senior than me.

Oh, and another thing -- what do the grey thread icons mean? I get that blue's for short threads, red for longer. A light icon means no unread posts and a little white triangle is a thread I've posted in. I thought grey would be a locked thread but it seems to be showing for some open threads as well.

One more I've just remembered: I don't think the styling on the Prev and Next buttons (probably amongst others) is quite right because the inactive buttons look more active than the active ones (to my eyes, obv). I suspect you could improve the situation by just changing the text colour on the inactive buttons to grey and on the active buttons to white.

Feel free to ignore any or all of these suggestions. 'Tis very good as it is.

no idea on what the icons mean as I don't use that skin myself, but I'm sure you'll work it out eventually.

You've probably figured this out already but you need to restart your browser (I guess this works by starting a new session). On my Android, that involves restarting the phone, using Advanced Task Killer or digging deep in the menus to kill the browser. Hitting the home button doesn't close the browser, it just minimises it.
