For those of us who don't have, or aren't risking taking, snazzy smartphones.

Is...

1) the weather forecast put up anywhere on site while the festival is ongoing, in the information booths or whatever

2) there anywhere we can get online to get an update

...so that we can continue our weather obsession on a day to day basis while we're there?

Thanks

Dave

This is a webcam of the Tor I think. I'm not sure how up to date it is... Hopefully not at all because that looks like some dreary weather...

Edit: They have all sorts of webcams for Glastonbury http://www.checkitlive.com/search/cameras/results/field_cil_camera_venue%3A971

I've just watched the latest weather on News 24 and it's VERY positive for today and tomorrow. It suggests there should be hardly any rain today around Glastonbury, with the worst of the weather pushed north into Wales.

It will be completely clear of rain danger by 6pm.

Remember short showers don't really make a lot of difference. It's either persistent or heavy rain which would cause problems.

Tomorrow it said it would, bar maybe one shower, completely dry with strong winds and temperatures of 17 degrees. If we get away with not too much rain today then I think by tomorrow evening most of the site will have dried out.

Even it is does rain some today we've got out of jail on that one. It was supposed to be so much worse.

However.....

The weather for Wednesday looks a stinker. But remember, two days ago the weather for today was a stinker.

We are heading for devon for a couple of days pre glastonbury & had to laugh when the first spots of rain we had seen appeared exactly as we passed junction 23- the glastonbury turn off. 10 minutes later at the services we got proper drenched - it pelted down for about 20 minutes. This was proper glastonbury rain - everyone who has experienced it knows what i mean!
