Trolley Size

anyone know how wide the gates for trolleys are at the site entrance?

i have an idea for building one, but don't want to get stuck at the turnstiles

If you have a trolley or a truck you won't need to go through the turnstile - there's a seperate gate next to the turnstile for people that don't fit through - it's pretty wide (I've seen someone take a double buggy through).

(bear in mind that if your trolley is MASSIVE you'll somehow have to get it across a field possibly full of tents and guy ropes to where you're pitching)

yeah, it was the gate next to the turnstile i was thinking of. seen it often enough, used it a few times with a little trolley, but can't visualise just how big it was.

you reckon a double buggy would just wheel through without turning sideways or anything? that would be good.

my projected trolley is not going to be massive, but it can't be that narrow due to design. overall concept could be described as "rickshaw". thought of it while being a pack mule this year. when i got in, i saw something similar that looked as effortless as i'd imagined

good call on the manouvering between tents issue, i hadn't actually thought of that

luckily, i plan on being early again. i was there at opening this year.
