In all seriousness (shoch horror ) I have a ticket for next year and don't know anyone else who has one yet.

But that's also been true for the past 3 years and ive always persuaded people to go/found people who were going etc.

Worst case scenario il check out the lineup. If there's someone i want to see badly enough il go alone (would have done for Rage in 2008, and Libs, Arcade Fire and Blink this year), if not il sell it and go on holiday or something. Going to Glastonbury with mates anyway so wouldn't miss out on my festival fix

The Cribs were better in my opinion before Marr, although they were good this year and that was the first time I've seen them live. But their best album is Mans Needs, Womans Needs, Whatever which is Marr less.

On a side note how good was Be Safe this year? Great tune, loved the screens with the famous american lyricist but his name slips my mind.

I agree that The Cribs were better before Marr, they've lost there edge a bit.

As for the spoken word on Be Safe, It's Lee Ronaldo from Sonic Youth.

marr is a true icon of british music there lucky to have him. the cribs are really not that good there just anothere indi band.
