Camping off site

Do take into account the arse of the long walk off site to the taxi ranks. From what I have heard the taxis dont necessarily come cheaply over the weekend either.

You can camp offsite, however you will probably miss the point of what glastonbury is all about;

Much fun is had on site, not necessarily within the music areas - having to trek back and fore each night and not staying you turn a festival into a 'gig'

If your worried about pitch sizes or noise then find a field thats more quieter. At night some areas are louder that others specially around the dance area and pennards hill - check out torts faq or the official website for info http://www.glastoearth.com/news/tortsfaq-updatedfor2010
