still hoping for the foo fighters to be added as a main act but as it stands, it might not be bursting with the usual big names but there's enough to keep me entertained!

i can still hope though.

they are going to Milton Keynes, out of nowhere, to play 2 nights there so pretty sure they could do this if they wanted. or could be afforded. no point giving up on a bit of hope. doesnt do any harm to want them to play.

as i said the line up is good, and there's a lot i wanna see, but i can still hope for my favourite band to go.

Youre right, you can still hope and it doesnt do you any harm. Sure they can come to Hungary and perform if they want to, but the Foos are not known for performing a lot and especially not in countries like Hungary. Check out their tour schedule of the past years and see they almost only perform in Western-Europe, North-America, Australia and Japan, the rich countries where lots of people buy their cds and pay a lot to see their shows. Theres not many people in Hungary who can afford this.

So Im 99.9% sure they wont come and I prefer to look at the acts that will be coming

Probably the only date Sziget has no headliner is the 12th (unless Amy doesnt show up at the 13th)...

Actually taking a second look I guess the lineup of five bands is complete for that day...

yeeeah i agree, lineup isnt that strong really. However, a lot of good dance acts; 2 many djs, chemical brothers, bloody beetroots etc. so soon now

I really like the line-up. Of course I also see that there are not that many big acts, but there are many smaller acts that are really worth going to. The Maccabees, The National, Gogol Bordello, Mariachi El Bronx, Kode9, The Gaslamp Killer and many more. That many nice smaller bands is much better than having a big headliner in my opinion!

I'm very happy to be able to see Baskerville again, they were brilliant last year! The line-up of the Roma Stage and the Metal Stage is the best in years, there are some great acts performing on the World Music Stage and also I saw there are a lot of nice bands on the new Europe Stage. You should check them out on Youtube! Or wait, I'll help you a bit...

Prodigy a great add. Amy cancelled, no loss. The new announcements for the party arena are pants. Would love if they got Moby to replace Amy. He's playing a few festivals around Europe in August.

Well one things for sure. We need a new Saturday night headliner. I dont think just ANYONE will do, but the fact they booked wino in the first place to headline puts a downer on the potential of it being someone insane.

break the bank and get me Muse, KOL or Radiohead. Or Foos. I dont mind, anyone will do.

It would be great to think they could pull in a Foo Fighters or Muse by freeing up the fee for Winehouse but they'll probably just upgrade the Kaiser Chiefs and slot someone else underneath. Hopefully not Mika again.

Sorry but Kaisers Chiefs are not headliner material nor will they ever be. If they get bumped, I'll be thoroughly underwhelmed.

I dont agree with anything Noel or Liam Gallgher ever say, but one thing I simply couldnt dispute is what Noel said about the Kaisers......
