When I used to go to Glasgow Barfly all the time I always met (minor) celebs,

Didz from Dirty Pretty Things - Very drunk

Carl Barat - Up Himself

Donnie Tourette - Dillusional

Russel Lissack from Bloc Party - Very Quiet

Manda Rin from Bis - Amazingly nice

Bob From Franz - Complemented me on my suit

Eddie Argos form Art Brut (twice) - Legend!

We Are Scientists - Very nice, funny guys

And my personal favourite was meeting a very drunken Alex Kapranos who made me do the tango with him!

i love how the wikipedia for Steve P's sister is about 10% the size of the wikipedia of the character she played

my uncle is the voice of little dog from Two Stupid Dogs

my grandfathers sister is Lauren Bacall, unfortunately never got to meet her husband due to the entire dying thing (Humphrey Bogart)

when i had cancer Dylan Moran signed a napkin for me saying "cancer is a bitch, kick it's ass, Dylan Moran"

I met AC/DC years ago. They mostly weren't impressed, because we were drunk and crying, and our mascara had run and we both looked like Alice Cooper clones. My friend also threw her autograph book (yeah, we were way cool) to Angus a little too hard, and it bounced off his head. And I snogged Bon Scott, then slapped him in the face, but I can't remember what for.

Also met Serge and Tom from Kasabian at V2004, they played really low down on the second stage and LSF had only just come out. Me and my brother went to watch them and then went to watch someone on the mainstage, walking back to the the second stage and we werent looking where we were going and bumped into two fellas and beer went flying everywhere. Turned out to be Tom and Serge, all soaked we started laughing I told them I really enjoyed the set, Tom then asked if we were there for the full weekend, we said yes to which Tom replied something along the lines of "have a great one and make sure your flying by the end of the night"...Really cool guys back then, bet theyve got some right attitude nowadays.

Snogged Johnny Vegas.

Been walked across the road by Mick Hucknall.

Met Ricky Hatton.

Pointed out Bobby Ball in the street to my mum and dad when I was a kid. They didn't believe me until they finally saw him lol.

Went to school with Anna Friel.

I didn't want to meet any of these people. I'd really love to meet Johnny Depp for shallow reasons, David Attenborough through admiration, David Bowie and Skin from Skunk Anansie because I think them cool and Ant and Dec for a laugh.

I met Senna, Lauda and James Hunt outside the McLaren F1 motorhome in 1991.

Senna was short.

My beloved once snogged Billy Idol. And fought off the unwanted advances of Johnny Ball.

Met Rossi, Tardelli, Zoff et al when I lived in Rome.

I tend to meet quite a few famous people working at charity fund raisers and corporate events.

One of the weirdest moments was when i was at a particular event eating dinner sat between david tennant and patrick stewart.

Its not every day you get to sit down and eat with Dr. Who and Captain Jean-Luc Picard.

Couple of nights ago i briefly met Cheryl Cole, before she was ushered away to go onstage.

One of my best moments recently was being onstage with Andrew WK at the end of Warped Tour.
