  1. 1. What's the acceptable way of a man hugging another man?

    • One arm on the shoulder, whilst shaking hands
    • Full hug, both arms, one hand tapping on the other's back
    • No hugging. A grunt, or nod should suffice
    • Full hug for family members only.
    • Some other hug configuration

I`m a tactile sort of person (piscean) and like hugs.... but I cant think of one male friend who would be comfortable with such full on hugs.

Maybe a poll on here would be a bit biased because most festie folks are a more open I suppose.

If the poll was conducted in a prison...I`d suggest the results would be very different.

Whilst I dont mind hugs... I would very much draw the line at any touching of genitaia such as ears, neck and cheeks etc unless both parties are of a certain disposition.

Another thing... I always shake hands when I meet someone.

I`m teaching my Boys that its the thing to do..esp when meeting someone older.

I like hand shaking. Young Uns dont/cant shake hands much.

I also desperately could do with a hug now too... raking me hands over My Dog Milosovichs head and belly, although a sort of substitute, isn`t really practical because his knob always seems to be there or thereabouts!

Surely it depends on the situation :P

E.g when out, and after have a few bourbons and you see a guy you barely know, a full hug is aceptable :P However walking around the office/uni a nod or grunt is sufficient :P

I have to say i don't have no qualms about a man hug what so ever providing hands are appropriately placed :P

I like to grab their arses as well, just for good measure. especially if they are uncomfortable with it.

Thinking about it, I dont manhug much. If I'm wrecked I do.
