ARE KASABIAN WORTHY OF READING/ DO WE THINK THEY ARE GOOD ENOUGH?

I doubt I'd see them, I feel the same about them as I do about Killers. Every time I see them on TV at a festival I facepalm.

I agree with whoever said it isn't really an inspired booking.

I despise The Killers, KOL etc all bands "similar" them. But for some reason I really like Kasabian, I just find them blooming consistent as well.

And for the fan base, yes they'll maybe attract some more ..... But, it'd be the similar situation for Greenday or even worse My Chemical Romance.

If this was a "Dream Headliners" thread they'd be no where near, but again from the other rumours I'd take Kasabian by a long way at the moment.

I don't understand how Green Day or My Chemical Romance fans would cause more trouble than Kasabian fans.

I'd like to point out that the majority of Kasabian fans are ok but bands like Kasbian always attract the laddish element, it was the samew when Oasis headlined R&L in 2000.

Maybe not Greenday, but the sort of MCR fans I know aren't that sort of people you'd wanting to be standing next to in the crowd. High School Kids who'd push, kick, throw stuff and constantly act like they're in a mosh pit.

You said you'd be staying clear when Kasabian play, well I'd be staying out the way if MCR play.

Indeed, but anyone who gets bullied by a school kid deserves it to be honest.
