jump Posted November 2, 2010 Report Share Posted November 2, 2010 I've done some yoga before (bloody ex-girlfriend) it basically good for toning you're muscles but not in bulk and you're balance/posure. Years ago, as a student, I got thrown out of a class for giggling during the breathing & relaxation at the end! I went again a few years ago & was really enjoying it. After the first class I slept soundly for the first time in ages after suffering really bad insomnia. Trouble is I'm pretty well endowed & my boobs kept getting in the way!
